ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
This is a deeply immersive family constellation facilitator training in London, for those called to hold space for others using family and systemic constellation work. Rather than one daunting three year commitment, we have structured the journey as three distinct, self contained one year programmes. Each is valuable in its own right and each builds naturally on the last.
All three years take place in London over four modules per year, each module running over three days.
YEAR ONE · FOUNDATION & SELF HEALING
Begin with yourself. This year is about your own healing, your own systemic entanglements, and developing a felt sense of how constellations work from the inside. You will experience the field, develop presence, and start to understand the hidden dynamics that shape family systems.

YEAR TWO · APPLIED & BECOMING THE FACILITATOR
Step into facilitation. You will begin facilitating constellations under supervision, learning to work with clients, hold groups, and navigate the complexity of what arises. This year bridges personal growth with professional skill.

YEAR THREE · ADVANCED
The bridge between student and professional facilitator. Deepen your practice, refine your style, and develop the confidence and competence to work independently. By the end of this year you will be equipped to offer constellation work in your own right.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This programme is for people who feel drawn to support others in their healing: therapists, coaches, counsellors, and those without a formal background who have a calling to this work. You do not need prior experience of constellations to begin Year One.
Each year is open to those who have completed the previous year, though Year One can also be taken as a standalone personal development journey with no obligation to continue.
WHAT MAKES THIS UNIQUE?
Training with Zen My Mind means learning within a living community. Our approach is somatic, relational, and rooted in the original Hellinger tradition while remaining open to evolving understandings of trauma, attachment, and systemic healing.
Small group sizes ensure each participant receives personal attention. You will be seen, challenged, and supported throughout every stage of your journey.
THE COMMUNITY
There is something deeply magical about the groups that move through this training together.
In an age of increasing individualism and digital connection, constellation training creates bonds that are rare and lasting. When you heal alongside others, witnessing their process as they witness yours, you meet each other at a depth that most relationships in modern life never reach.
These are not just fellow students. They become a living example of what you will one day hold space for: a field where something beyond the individual does the work.
YOUR TUTOR
Every module of this training is taught by Ivo Aulik.
Many fine trainings bring in a rotation of visiting tutors, and there is genuine richness in meeting several teachers and several styles. What we have chosen to offer here is something different, and it is offered with great respect for those other approaches: continuity.
One teacher, one method, held steadily from your first module to your last. In practice this gives you two things. The first is coherence. You learn one clear approach in depth, rather than gathering several interpretations of it and having to reconcile them yourself later.
The second is relationship. Because Ivo is present at every module, he comes to know each student personally: where you began, what you are moving through, and what you are ready for next. By the close of the year you are not a name on a register. You are someone whose journey has been witnessed in full.
Ivo is supported throughout by experienced practitioners of a high standard, so that the group is well held at every stage of the work and no one is left without attention when the material goes deep.
Alongside the group work, every student receives 2 hours of one to one sessions with Ivo across the year.
THE TUTOR PORTAL
After every module you gain access to our online tutor portal, where the notes from that module are uploaded for you.
These notes are written live, during the work itself. They record what actually moved in the room on that particular day: the constellations that unfolded, the insights that surfaced, the questions the group brought. They are not generic course handouts prepared in advance.
This frees you to be fully present. Rather than dividing your attention between the work in front of you and the page you are writing on, you can give yourself to what is happening in the room, knowing the record is being kept for you. You are of course still welcome to take your own notes if that is how you learn best.
Every module remains available to you throughout the year, so you can return to earlier work as your understanding deepens and see how much has shifted since you first sat with it.
BETWEEN THE MODULES
A great deal of what shapes a facilitator happens in the weeks between modules, and this is often where a training leaves the most to chance.
Students are told to keep reading, keep practising and keep working on themselves, and are then left to work out for themselves what that actually means in practice. It is rarely anyone’s fault. It is simply the part of the journey that tends to go unspoken.
We take a different approach. After each module you receive clear and specific guidance for the period ahead: which books to read and in what order, which films to watch and what to notice while watching them, which group sessions and events to attend, which practices to take up, which experiences to seek out for yourself, and what to pay attention to as they unfold.
Nothing is left vague. You will always know what your next step is, why it matters, and how it connects both to the work you have just completed and to the module still ahead of you.

£500 deposit followed by 10 monthly payments of £280.

Standalone Modules £700 each
Individual modules may be taken on their own, subject to availability.
Fees for Years Two and Three will be shared with enrolled participants in due course.
