ONE-TO-ONE INNER WORK SESSIONS IN LONDON

Over the years of facilitating systemic family constellation sessions, Ivo started to notice something important. Not every challenge that people bring into the room comes from deep systemic family dynamics. Sometimes the situation is much more practical. A person may be facing a difficult decision, relationship tension, pressure at work, business uncertainty, or simply a moment in life where everything feels unclear.

 

In those situations, what people often need is not a constellation session. What they need is clarity, perspective, and grounded advice.

This is where the One-to-One Inner Work session comes in.

 

These sessions are designed for people who want thoughtful guidance and practical tools to deal with real-life situations. Clients often come when they are navigating relationship challenges, business decisions, work pressures, or personal crises. Others arrive at a moment where they feel stuck and need a calm space to think clearly again.

 

Unlike a family constellation session, Inner Work focuses on practical reflection and forward movement. It is a structured one-hour conversation where we carefully explore your current situation and look at what may genuinely help you move forward.

 

Over the years, Ivo has seen that sometimes a good conversation and a clear plan can make all the difference. When someone is deeply inside a problem, it can be difficult to see the full picture. A fresh perspective and honest reflection often open possibilities that were not visible before.

 

During the session, we explore the dynamics of your situation and identify practical steps that can help. I may offer reflections, strategies, and tools that support clearer thinking and better decision making. Many people experience these sessions as a form of personal development coaching where the aim is not motivation or quick fixes but realistic progress.

 

These meetings are designed as ongoing support rather than a one-off conversation. Each session lasts one hour, and many people return regularly as their situation evolves and new questions appear.

Sessions are available in person in London near ExCeL or online via Zoom.

What is an Inner Work session?

Is this the same as life coaching?
In some ways, it overlaps with personal development or life coaching. However, the approach used at Zen My Mind combines reflective conversation with insights gained from years of working with complex human situations and systemic thinking.

Yes. Many people seek these sessions when they feel stuck, lost, or unsure about their next step. A structured conversation and an outside perspective can often reveal options that were difficult to see before.

 

How long is each session?
Each Inner Work session lasts one hour. Many people choose to return regularly as their situation evolves, allowing the process to unfold over time.

 

Do I need to do a family constellation session first?
No. Inner Work sessions are separate from constellation work. If during the conversation it becomes clear that deeper systemic dynamics are involved, a constellation session may be suggested later.
